Eeey sushi, though I'm a veggie so I don't eat the kind with fish, meat or whatever. What I would love to try is the inarizushi because bean curd is yummy. Don't think I'll like the others though sorry. xP I do like Mikado [British version of Pocky] though.
Yeah I like pizza too though I'm a fussy moo and like Pizza hut the best...wonder what proper Italian pizza is like, same with other stuff. Quite like homemade quorn lasagne as well, both how my mum and my boyfriend's mum does it.
Oh yeah I'm a chocoholic BIG TIME!

isn't daikon that long white looking vegetable thingie? I'm always seeing it in games of Japanese origin eg. Okami. Never had it in sushi though but I did have wasabi which I don't like so much. Would like to try an onigiri though. And yeah cucumber's lovely with sushi as is avocado. Anyone here love to cook stuff?

Yes, I love to cook, but what I love the most is baking pastries and cakes... I'm not that good at it though! However I always have a great time, is real fun. ;D

Pizza hut is good, the only big difference with real italian pizza is the dough which in Italy is thinner! The daikon is a sort of great white turnip, I sometimes see it in local markets... I am good only at making a typical italian dessert called tiramisu...someone wants the recipe?

I love flan! Has anyone ever had it? It's a Mexican egg custard. I miss having Creme Brulee.

How difficult to translate a recipe! Here it is:
TIRAMISU CAKE
Ingredients
500 g mascarpone 500 g lady fingers biscuits (savoiardi) 125 g egg yolks 125 g sugar 200 g cream instant coffee cocoa
First of all put the cream in the fridge, it must be very cold to result perfectly whipped.
Then make half a litre of coffee; the ideal would be Italian coffee with moka, but the instant one will work the same. Put the coffee in a large and deep plate to make it cold.
Prepare a water bath with the egg yolks and sugar. The zabaglione must not cook too much, it has only to melt the sugar. Combine mascarpone and zabaglione cream.
Whip the cream as hard as you can and combine it with mascarpone and zabaglione.
Then proceed to the assembly of the cake: take one biscuit and soak it lightly in the coffee, then put it in the serving dish; make a row of biscuits in this way, then put other biscuits (soaked too) horizontally to make a rectangle.
Put a third of the cream on the rectangle of biscuits, then make other two layers in this way; finish with cream. Put the cake in the fridge for at least two hours.
When it is time to serve the cake, sprinkle it with cocoa entirely.
Enjoy! ;D
