Indeed. I favor all of you as good friends of mine (I mean, how could I not? We share my favorite fandom ever, lol) But it struck me that I don't really know too much about any of you. At the risk of sounding stalkerish, I think we should introduce ourselves a little, talk about where we're from, who we are outside of Duckula, you know? Everyone I know on here is really awesome, and I like to get to know my friends =3 So I'll start! I prefer to go by Juno, but my real name is Courtney not very conducive to who I am I live in the United States, namely that festering hot pit known as Florida, aka Hurricane Central, aka that place where Disney World is, lol. Don't get me wrong though, I like it well enough here, even though I haven't seen snow in years because of the dratted place. Hmm, of course now I find it hard to talk about myself, lol... Well, as any of you that follow me on DeviantART know, that aside from Duckula I do an inane amount of DC fanart. My dream is to one day go work for DC comics, and if I am lucky score my own gig being a Batman penciller for some awesome writer eventually. But that's definitely a work in progress, heh. In the mean time I plan to go get some sort of nursing degree so as I don't end up a starving artist one day by accident. I've grown up far from wealthy, and I must say, I'm not too keen on the 'poor' lifestyle I've had enough of it, I say! What else, what else... Hm, so far as religion goes (am I allowed to talk about that on here? Oh well, here goes anyways) I'm Pagan, of no specific tradition as of yet. I grew up Catholic (which I absolutely love, by the way, in my opinion Cathlics do it better ) but I never really felt 'in' to it. I won awards in my Biblical study classes for knowing more about the Bible than any of the other students, including several many years older than I. But for me I read it the same way you might read any fictional novel - as an interesting work of literature but not to be taken entirely seriously (and do beg my pardon if I offend anyone, these are my feelings alone and I'm not trying to push them on anyone) Okay, this is harder than I anticipated xD I guess if any of you are too lazy to respond back then you lot will just know a ton of useless information about me, lol. I suppose family is an interestingly generic people topic. Two parents, two brothers, one half brother, and five step siblings. My parents divorced when I was 8 years old, and all for the better, I must say - too many broken telephones round the house if you know what I mean. I'm not very fond of my father, he's a police officer whose badge went straight to his fat head. Also, he married one of the most fantastically horrific women on the face of this planet. Her only redeeming point is that her kids are actually really cool people. I live with my mom and my step father here in Florida, and they are wonderful, even though my stepfather and I butt heads over anything and everything imaginable. Ironically, I rather despise his children, though. They are cruel, dimwitted twits, if you ask me. As to my two brothers, one lives in Seattle, and hates it there more than anything, and the other is currently in the military, serving in Iraq, and apparently likes it there. Or maybe he just likes shooting people, I don't know. I don't like that particular brother. At all. In fact, when I was seven years old I tried to hit him in the head with a hammer. Luckily My dratted parents stopped me. The one is Seattle is all right, still a jerk, but a forgivable one. And my half brother is imbecilic. I don't like him one iota either. In fact, a good deal of my family is based on how much we sincerely loathe one another Hmm... That's about all I can think of for now. I truely hope you all respond to this (and hopefully don't find me too presumptious for thinking people would actually want to know about my boring life, lol) -J

Ok. I'll have at it. I'll make an attempt to follow through with your general format here.
My username is Baphmet. My Real name is Heather. I was born in Kansas and proceeded onto Washington state. It rains.... a lot. Minus the glorious thunder storms I actually enjoyed listening to as a kid. And despite the wonderfully outspoken people there, they were still relatively warm and neighborly as while everyone here hates each other and taking something as simple as a walk becomes something unpleasant.
My deviant name is stull (Eudorra has been taken down for the most part). You will note that most of my older stuff is... ahem.... anime related. D: It's a hard thing to shake. I plan on diluting most of that.
Um.... Religion? Hard to say at this point in time. Is this odd? Anyway, I'm going to college for Culinary and some computer classes. Art is my passion, but I need something to support that passion. FYI, making sauces is mind numbing...
Huh.... I'm fortunate to have parents who are still together and my brother and I get along swimmingly. I'm very privileged. My parent's are metal-heads of sorts and very supportive. My mother behaves more like a younger sister than a mother at times, but I love her. I feel spoiled a lot of the time... So I try to make up for it by being the best person I can be and bettering myself. I've been in a slump for nearly 2 years now and I've felt relatively jaded towards everything. Hopefully this goes away.
You'll all have to forgive me for not being on recently. School and the like.
With the insistent pushing of a certain 'someone', I may be posting chapters to a Duckula fanfiction featuring Don Diego, Goosewing and presumably many of his other relatives. I warn you however, there will be much more in store for my readers than one might first expect. >.>

My turn! Well, my name is Ellie and I go to University; I'm doing English Lit. and Creative Writing and I love it. I'm a bit of an oddball; one of my friends told me the other night that he couldn't figure me out because I really have to be in a particular mood to go night-clubbing and I'm not keen on crowded bars. I love 80s films and other cartoons beside the Cosgrove Hall ones, in particular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. ;D To be honest, sometimes I'm not much of a people person; I like socialising but I also like time to myself. I'm the youngest of three; I've got two older brothers and I just love them. They're so kind and although some might say I'm closer to the second-eldest, there are some things I have in common with the eldest which mean we share a very unique bond. And they both love me just as I love them. I'm also close to my parents although I love the freedom that Uni brings; when we all go home I go back to being the little sister, or at least I feel like it sometimes. But we're all quite happy. As for religion, I'm Anglican although I'm always too lazy to get out of bed for any church service. I spend my Sunday mornings lazing around in bed and watching TV. I tend to be a bit modern about my beliefs; I'll refer to God as my 'other dad' and often call him the Big Guy or the Man Upstairs. So, you could say I'm like the Vicar of Dibley - man, she rocks! ;D Yep, so just your ordinary average every day Christian. I'm not very knowledgable about the Bible, but I read Bible stories in my big ol' story book when I'm in the mood. I always liked reading them. I'm an excess worrier and I've suffered from OCD, but I learnt how to get better and now, despite the odd glitch, I'm fine and I'm much better than I was at the start! ;D I've learnt that no-one is perfect so I'm happy. Hehehe. But, I still worry about my work so I tend to flap around like a headless chicken. I want to be an author when I graduate and I keep in practice by writing original stories both for my classes and the society I belong to, as well as writing fanfiction. I also like writing parodies to just about anything. I tend to eat a lot of spaghetti bolognaise at Uni, as my housemates tend to point out. It's the ultimate comfort food, besides chocolate, which I've crazily decided to give up for Lent. My favourite CH characters are Duckula, Don Diego, Gaston et Pierre, Danger Mouse and Penfold. Aren't I cool?

OK.
My IRL name is already my username lawl. I've always lived here in the UK, in a place that is really close to the country - one way on the road leads you to Essex aka England's butt, the other leads you to London, let's put it like that. I live very near to what used to be a manor, so we're basically surrounded with woodlands.
I still live with my parents, though we've been in talks about me moving to a little flat for a year to learn life skills, something that's very rusty. I have two sisters, one being a year older than me and now living in a little place which is near the "famous" Lakeside shopping mall; and the other being a year younger and training to be a veterinary nurse. We used to have to share rooms and that sucked, but now I have the freedom of going in two bedrooms all I like. Plus, it's much more space for me to put all my junk in. We're expecting to have a major makeover on all three bedrooms soon.
As far as religion is concerned I'm atheist, and side with the thoery of evolution; but I have respect for many religions apart from a few. In every school I've been to we had to say prayers, even though these were normal statue schools and not Catholic, CoE etc; and I've only been to church for very few times in my life, mainly for weddings. Speaking of which, we've been in talks about planning one for my older sister, who recently got engaged...and I have to wear a baby pink bridesmaid dress. I like pink and everything, but this? fffff
I've actually struggled with what I actually want to do to for a living. A part of me tells me to be an illustrator, another tells me to be a musician even though I can't play an instrument for beans [though I compose and sing]. I've experimented with many other things like web design [which resulted in Duckyboos], writing and even had thoughts about game design, but I don't know which of these is going to happen. University is out of the question for me because I don't really translate well with packed train journeys. x:
Fanart is my only way of getting by, though I do make original pieces from time to time. I'm always experimenting with what materials and styles I use, whether traditional or digital; but the main problem with me is fandom hopping. I must have gone through about 20 cartoon and videogame franchises now as well as their characters, usually certain males. Don't worry, once I can get the site's webspace working again I'll update.
I currently work in a charity shop, which is an official PDSA branch. It's an animal charity that helps pets get free [or at least, affordable] medical treatment to people on benefits. I've worked there for nearly two years now and in that time I only know more about how to insert price tickets into clothes and making the right tea and coffee for everyone.
Heh, tl;dr

Ah yes, I completely forgot to mention this bit - I'm unmarried, and I have no kids. I want them though. I want as happy little family one day 83 However, my sexuality is confusing, wavering between bisexuality and who knows what. I've lived rather proudly as a lesbian the last several years, but in the passing year I developed a fondness for men that I never really had. So it's all very confusing D: Which is sad; I was more rattled at the prospect of being at least half-hetero than I was when I came out of the closet at 17, lol. Who knows, love is love anyways, regardless of bodyparts, I suppose. This is wonderful seeing people get into this Hooray!

I quite like this idea. I wasn't sure when I first joined so I stayed reasonably private (you can never be too careful!) My real name is Deborah and I am 17 years of age. I will be starting a degree in Biomedical Sciences in September at the University of Glasgow and will hopefully continue into medicine so I can become a doctor. I have a mum and dad and two older brothers and a sister in law. My sister in law is from Ohio which is quite cool, because maybe I will go there sometime to see her family. My parents have been together for 30 years and don't ever plan on being apart, so my family is quite stable (close family that is, the rest are dysfunctional.) My oldest brother is also doing medicine and I suppose he is some inspiration to me, for I feel if he were to stop his studies, since he has come so far from doing badly at school, I would feel a little bit sad and have less reason to go ahead myself. He partially gives me a reason to carry on doing the far fetched, because he has proved it is possibe. I have no religon. I'm not an aethiest, more a sceptical about life around me. I know that sounds weird but it is true. Music wise: I'm in love with Leon Jackson, the british X Factor winner of 2007 lol. I also like Oasis, Stereophonics, Kings of Leon, Nightwish, Evanescence, Maroon 5, The Kills (not Killers), Rhianna, Anastacia, Paolo Nutini, James Morrison and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. There are loads more but I probably wouldn't get them onto the page lol. Films: To Kill a Mockingbird (old but brilliant), In Bruges, The Sixth Sense and all the other Bruce Willis films. Run Fatboy Run and Hot Fuzz. All of Tim Burton's work and the Underworld films. Pan's Labyrinth is totally genius and The Dark Knight was fantastic. TV: House- the best medical drama ever made! It is so clever. Others would be Taggart (typical scottish detective drama with the best theme tune in the world.) and CSI and Pushing Daises and Dexter. Comedies which I love are my hometown ones including Rab C Nesbitt, Only An Excuse and Still Game. Other ones would probably be My Family, Frasier, and loads more. Cartoons: Duckyboos! Dangermouse, Button Moon, Henry's Cat (does any of my fellow Britons remember that one?) and Basil Brush. I like Garfield but don't really like Heathcliff but still watch it sometimes. Well that's about all I can think of at the moment. I actually feel exhausted thinking about what I like!

We'll have to be careful with talking about sexuality because I don't really want us to start fights, but I'll put my input in. I'm straight, but not sure if I want to be taken just yet. I also don't plan on having any kids for a long time yet. Continuing on. I...actually don't watch much telly nowadays. Only thing I do watch is Harry Hill's TV Burp which is absolute funny, perhaps more so than anything that was on Comic Relief the other night [man did that blow or what?]. I watch other things from time to time, like all my favourite cartoons, Deal or No Deal, a nature programme and so on. Now music, that's where it booms. As I said before I've had many thoughts about becoming a singer, but I have a lot to get past on that one. I've tried learning to play the piano/keyboard, recorder, guitar, panpipes and glockenspiel, all with little avail. All that said, I somehow managed to land a B in my Music GCSE. I listen to an absolute s-load of music in many styles, hell even a few hip hop tracks appeal to me. Some of my favourite genres include Celtic, symphonic metal, new age and 80's pop, while the bands and musicians of my choice include Nightwish [both singers, though I side with Tarja just a little bit, admittedly], Enya, Loreena McKennit and Within Temptation. [Nightwish, if you haven't heard them yet, I must recommend Delain to you, oh man! ] Next big interest is videogames. I used to be like, a major Sonic fan back when I was up to 13, until I found Rayman 2. I've got a PS2, Sega Mega Drive [best console ever <3], Sega Dreamcast, N64, Nintendo Wii, Gamecube, GB Advance and a Nintendo DS, and well, quite a number of games for each. I'm terrible when it comes to buying them, and a good fraction of what I have absolutely sucks, but thankfully there's eBay and trading them for a better game.

I'm gonna keep my short (if I can). My real name is Katie.I'm still at school so have no job and no spouse.I'm doing a few GCSE's this year then doing the rest next year,I'm hoping to carry on studying Art and German after choosing my options. When I leave school though I want to do Maths,Engliah and all the science A levels then go on to do a vetrinary medicine course at Nottingham Uni.(I have no life so als I have nothing useful to tell you) I live in South Derbyshire-would rather live in London though theres better shops there. I have a strange family-I live with my Mum and my Grandad and I only see My Auntie June once a week.My other Auntie and her offspring we never see,she will come over when she wants money from my Grandad however.I am alot happier when she leaves though. I have an obsession with anime and my favourite series are both Tonde Buurin and Kuroshitsuji.Kuroshitsuji is my newest obsession and I want to pre order the Sebastian doll but am not sure because of the price.I also enjoy building model kits (I'm such a geek!).Seriously anime is my life and I could talk about it till the cows come home. As for religion,I am kind of anti-religion (meaning I hate everything about any religion) no offense however to people who follow them (if thats possible) I am just being honest.I did go to a CofE school and all the hymns and christian stuff annoyed me and I hated it. Sadly most of my childhood is a huge blur and I only remeber certain things but I don't know when they happened,I do remeber alot of the bad parts though. .Most interesting things that happen is 'OMG *insert series or character name* Figure/Sub/Scanlation/Other merchandise is being released/available for Pre-order. Yay,I has simple life and I'm moderately content with it.

Right you are, Stacey, but I fancy we're all rather civil here, so hopefully nothing will come out of mentioning sexuality 83 And you also reminded me, MUSIC! How could I forget that? My mp3 player is about as necissary as water and air to me, lol. Your taste in music is quite similar to mine actually, heh. Nightwish has got to be my ultimate Duckula music. Whenever I am in the Duckyboos mood, the Nightwish comes on xD And I rather agree with you about Tarja. I like the new Nightwish well enough, but her voice gets it for me every time 83 Aside from that, I will listen to just about everything. Even some country and rap, but I have to be in a rather specific mood for those two. Mostly, my everything revolves around the 90s. I am a 90s child through and through, and darn proud, lol. Anyone who knows me will agree that my obsession with the 90s era is borderline scary xD As to television, I don't really watch it either. TV gets boring for me super fast unless it's a movie, a cartoon (aka Duckula and etc) or educational. Aside from that my only television vice is House. Because I like arrogant jerks who think they know everything Um yeah, and like, one of the biggest parts of my life ever - BOOKS. I am an extremely avid reader, can't live a day without them. Favorite series of mine include Harry Potter, and (sadly) Twilight. Forgive me, I'm a sucker for the romance of Stephanie Meyer. I love different takes on the original Dracula as well, two of my favorites being Laszlo: Count Dracula, and Diaries of the Family Dracul. And of course Bram Stokers original, heh. Recently I am also WAY into the House of Night series, by Kristen and PC Cast. Must just be in a batty mood lately, woo! Harry Potter is my ultimate one though. I will confess to being quite the expert on the books. I've let myself go recently, but when the next kick comes in I'll go back to being the rediculously knowledgable fandork I am. When Deathly Hallows was released, I went to the Borders Potter Party for it, and I was totally dressed up as a Slytherin student for it (to the 9s, even. It was pretty suave) I am a huge devotee to the Slytherin House, particularly in the notion that being Slytherin does not make you bad. *ahem* Yeah, Harry Potter fandorking is over now xD Another one of my favorite cartoons ever is Time Squad (dear god how I LOVE that show. Why do they take everything awesome off the air?!) I have done a multitude of fanart for it, and even some fanfiction Another (movie actually) is Song of the South, a passion shared by Baphmet and I both. The animated bits, anyways. We also love watching Russian cartoons, lately this exceedingly interesting one known as Nu Pagodi. It's friggin awesome That's all I can think of for now. Lord, there's a lot of stuff I like xD

I like the new Nightwish well enough, but her voice gets it for me every time 83 Aside from that, I will listen to just about everything. You know, I watched some new vids of them live in Holland, the UK etc and I was quite surprised by how much Anette has improved; that 4 month break must have done her a lot of good. Shame I've been unable to see them live though, but if Loreena McKennitt does a concert here then that'll make up. :> Now for additional things about me Like the Count, I'm a vegetarian myself, and have been since 2003 . It wasn't so much to do with animals getting killed for meat but rather the major health scares we had at the time, namely BSE; gradually I gathered more reasons to stay veggie, for one I'm an animal love and hate to see them being tortured for fun. Some people disgust me. >:C

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait... Stop the presses! Juno, you mean... Song of the South? The Disney movie? That is practically my favorite movie EVER! Brer Rabbit is my favorite fictional character, period -- I'm known for it, lol. That's awesome you like it too! So we have the same real name, same love for Duckula, and now we both share a love for Song of the South! This is getting eerie. I'm definitely going to respond to the actual point of this thread later. My family is here for St. Patrick's Day stuff now, though, so it'll have to wait. But had to jump at the Song of the South reference! LOL

You know, if it weren't for chicken I would be vegetarian myself. I would really love to be, but.. I dunno if I can part with my beloved chicken D: So I'll stick with only that. I don't eat meat because... well, I just don't really like the taste of it xD No noble animal loving reason, I'm just not fond of it, lol.
I unfortunately get roped into eating more meat than I'd care to though, as I live with my parents. Since I'm jobless right now I eat what they provide for me xD Which is usually the cheapest ground beef on sale (bleh)
WednesdayFriday: Oh my, are you for real? xDD Song of the South is one of my favorite Disney movies ever! I actually have a handful of fanarts for it on devART, and really should do more. I have always been rather attracted to Brer Fox myself (in fact, my handle on fanfiction.net is Brer Fox, heh) As Baphmet knows, I have something of a fetish for his pretty eyes 83
This is getting eerie! It's wonderful! xD Seriously, that's so cool, I never meet anyone that even remembers Song of the South outside of the controversy (which is stupid, I might add) Oooh, I have a lovely collection of old SotS memorabilia too, a few nice records, a pin, and this lovely ancient comic that came out of a Cheerios box in the forties =) Plus more xD Man, I love SotS <3

I AM for real! XD Um, are you? ;P I checked out your fan art; awesome. I actually like Brer Fox, too. At least the Disney version of him. He's kind of typical Big Bad Wolf character in the original stories. When I was a kid I hated him, for obvious reasons, but I've learned to appreciate him over the years. But he DOES have pretty eyes! XD The animation in that movie is gorgeous, even by today's standards. And I completely agree that the controversy surrounding the movie is ridiculous. I could write a whole paper on it, but meh. I AM actually planning on opening a Brer Rabbit website this year, and will probably do something regarding it. I kind of have to, really. It's such a shame it's so unjustly hated, because it's really a great movie. I consider it to be the landscape of my childhood, because I spent so much of it imagining I lived there with Brer Rabbit.

Um, where to start? My real name is Stephanie (which explains my username). I am a 23 year old female. I am born in the Eastern Cape, South Africa (and would definitely stay here for the rest of my life). I am the youngest of four children. Two are my half-sisters and the second-youngest sister is my full-blooded sister. Both my parents are still together; and I still live with them. Most of the family has a pretty tight bond, although two members of the family really gets on everyone's nerves. The languages I can speak and write would be English and Afrikaans. I know some Xhosa and I know some German and Dutch, thanks to Afrikaans I am single and have no kids. Not interested in dating or hooking up at all. Had dated a guy last year, but it didn't work out. I had studied college to become an admin clerk; and became a receptionist for a lawyer firm for almost two years. I am currently working part-time as an admin clerk for a pest-control company until it's confirmed whether or not I would become permanent. My hobbies: Drawing, writing, working out at the gym, surfing the internet, reading I am a stay-at-home type of person; and dislikes wearing dresses or skirts. I would be perfectly happy if I could go anywhere in my casuals. My favourite shows would have to be: Count Duckula, DangerMouse, Victor & Hugo, DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, Pokemon (guilty pleasure ^^ , Teen Titans, DCAU, Inspector Gadget, 7de Laan, 50/ 50, Medical Detectives, The Batman, Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM), Medabots, Sonic Underground. My favourite game series would have to be: Mega Man, Pokemon, Old-school Sonic the Hedgehog, Phoenix Wright, Kirby, Super Mario Bros. My biggest challenge would have to be trying to write fan-fics with the exact feeling of the show, everyone being in-character while still being rated Teen +. In fact, I've written quite a few Mature Count Duckula fan-fics that I only posted on my fan-fiction.net and deviantART account. Be warned, as they are mainly Horror/ Tragedy.
