Here is my first attempt to put a picture of Count Duckula and Vladimir Duckula on the internet, it is a quick pencil drawing of mine. More pictures will follow. So that you also have pictures of the son/brother Vladimir. I hope you will like them. 1st picture. Count Duckula with his typical "cape swing" Vladimir is standing there, in a very traditional Romanian dress.

An embrace can say more than words. What is Vladimir Duckula to Count Duckula? He is his "little" brother (born in 1818) and he is also his son, because he was his father in a previous life. He is his friend - his only friend. I invented Vladimir back then (1990) because I wanted someone for Count Duckula who would free him from his loneliness, who would bring joy and happiness into his life. And this is exactly what Vladimir does. Although a "bastard - vampire" a dhampir, Count Duckula's vegetarian life does not bother him. On the contrary, he admires it. And thinks that Count Duckula represents a hope for some other vampires. Namely that it is not hopeless. When Vladimir was very young, he lost his father and his mother. Igor and Emma had raised him. However, he was only 8 years old (around 80) when he set off on his own on the journey with the castle, having first lured Igor and Emma out. Then the castle returned - without Vladimir. And for Vladimir, a long and dangerous journey through contemporary history began... When Vladimir returned, Igor was happy at first, because now real "vampire manners" were to return. But Igor was to be mistaken... Vladimir became just as big a disappointment as the Count himself. But Count Duckula has found someone who understands him. That Vladimir is much more than all this, should only become clear in the course of the years. For there is a reason why Vladimir was born... www.deviantart.com/minagermany/art/An-embrace-893008972?ga_submit_new=10%3A1632640168

I have put Vladimir Duckula on the side so that you can see the external differences between the two. Because even though Vladimir is clearly the son of Count Duckula (whom Vladimir gives him the name "Fridolin" the name means “the peaceful one“). Vladimir has clear external differences to the count... ... apart from the canines. ‚ 1. Vladimir's hair is dishevelled and sticks out in all directions, a characteristic he inherited from his mother. 2. Vladimir's feathers are also a bit ruffled, they stick out at the elbows and he has a small swirl on his chest. 3. Vladimir's left fin shows holes, they are bite marks he got from a dog fight in a pit, because someone wanted to know who is stronger a vampire duck or a fighting dog. 4. Vladimir's right eye can no longer open properly, he has a large scar there. 5. there is a deep scratch above his beak. These two scars have a cause. Little Vladimir got caught between the fronts during the Second World War (in Romania) and got a splinter from a hand grenade. 6. Vladimir has Flight tail feathers. Whether Count Duckula has them is questionable. Only in one episode (Sawdust Ring) do we see that he has them, in all the other episodes he does not.
Now you know exactly what Vladimir looks like!
