Have you randomly come across someone who recognizes Count Duckula? Or seen a bumber sticker, or a tee shirt on someone, etc?
I looked back a few pages to see if there were any threads already existing in this vein (oho, how proud Igor would be at the terminology xD) and as I couldn't find any, I figured I'd start one.
Mostly due to what happened approximately ten minutes ago. I went to this drugstore close to where I live, and I had the Igor bag Raine made me (last year for my birthday no less. It's still the best gift I've ever been given aside from the accompanying shirt) on, and as I was walking out the cashier that handled me totally gasped and was like 'You know about Count Duckula?!'
It was pretty freaking cool x) He and I talked about the show for a minute, and remarked on which character I was clearly fond of (I should mention that accompanying shirt right about now, as I also happened to be wearing it lol) But yeah, man, that's the first time I've ever had a random someone recognize my shirt/bag. Crazy too, since I've worn the shirt/bag combo to Megacon, and another convention, and no one at either places notice.
Anyways, has anyone else ever had this happen? :)

Count Duckula items! Beyond awesome, my Juno! Raine is so sweet! <3 Ha ha! I have seen a huge Duckula sticker on the back windshield of a taxi and I freaked out and I earned some weird glares from people on the street LOL! But never such fortunate situation like yours! You should totally post pictures on those wonderful Igor pieces!

Someone did that when I was drawing and painting a little Duckula pic at my boyfriend's table in the UK web and comix thing earlier this year, it was pretty funny. Aaron even did a doodle of that situation XD!

What I think is cute is on IMVU.com, some people did a little bit of CD stuff so if they want they can buy it for they're avatar to wear! :3 I wish I had thought of it first though...(pouts)

Oh god IMVU. I used to have an account there about 4 years ago and I **tried** to make a Duckula costume but I couldn't a beak at all so I just ended up looking like this: Funny how I still even have that. However I left it for about as long ago as I had joined it, so... Wonder if anyone did attempts on Second Life, another app I used to use for only a very short while but then left. Edit: Oh I remember doing this too. Only on the ROM though but I think I still have the save file.

Some years ago I went to a Harry Potter day in a castle near Verona, there were role games and a dinner in the castle courtyard with the tables put as Hogwarts...everything was very nice. There was not dress code, all people were dressed as they liked. I wore black trousers and black shirt, and I had my Duckula shoulder bag: a group of boys (cute :-*too) came to ask me where I got it, and we talked about how cool was Duckula...what a great day! ;D

That's amazing. I don't think I've ever had an encounter like that, though my friend did once tell me a story about meeting Darkwing Duck at WDW, and other people thinking he was Duckula.

That's... quite a jump there xD lol But yeah, it's cool everyone has had at least a small run-in with Duckula stuff It's even rarer than getting Song of the South stuff!
