Hi there, my name's Vilsy I learned of Duckyboos through StacyW's DeviantArt page, and I'm very happy I did! Count Duckula was a huge love of mine when I was younger and it's great to see communities dedicated to him! I was shocked and very happy when I received the first season on DVD as a gift, and I'm sad that there don't seem to be plans to give us Yanks the rest of the seasons. Well it's nice to meet you!

Welcome to the forum! Enjoy it here. As for series 2 onwards, see if you can buy them online. I wouldn't worry about the regions as it's possible to get multi-region DVD players or to 'unlock' regular players. I constsntly buy American DVDs and have had no problem (I'm in the UK)

Hi Vils, glad you came. As far as I know the other two DVD season sets are region free, so provided that you have a DVD player and a TV that can play PAL DVDs you might be OK watching them. As for buying them, you might have to buy them online as Gaston said, from somewhere like Amazon or eBay as a last resort.
