How about we talk about videogames in this thread, like which ones are your favourites, what games consoles you have etc? I'm a fan of platformers that were on the Sega Megadrive/Genesis mostly, but overall my favourite games are: * 16-bit Sonic games * James Pond 3: Operation Starfish * Rayman series [except for Rabbids...god] * Arcade Dance Dance Revolution * Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga * The Shining Force As for games consoles, I've got the following: * Sega Megadrive * Playstation 2 * Sega Dreamcast * Nintendo GameCube * Gameboy Advance And I'm thinking about getting a Nintendo DS

About game consoles, I must say that I am the proud owner of an old 90’s SNES console! Moreover, it is still working! ;D I play my favourite videogames in the computer; I have the Roms and emulators for Atari, NES, SNES, GBA, Playstation, Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64 and Nintendo DS (this last does not work properly, is a shame!). My games are: -Super Mario Bros. classics for NES, especially Mario Bros.3. -Super Mario World (I, II). -Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga. -Mario 64. -The Legend of Zelda. -Most of Castlevania series, absolute favourites: Harmony of Dissonance, Circle of the Moon, Aria of Sorrow, Symphony of the Night, Castlevania IV, Castlevania V (Dracula X) and Vampire Killer. I love this serie's story and music!

My own expereince with video-games is very, very limited. I used to own a GB Color, and the only game I had was Pokmon Blue. Then, a couple years ago, I got a GB Advance SP, and the games I own for it are Pokemon Sapphire, all the Sonic Advance games, and Sonic Spinball Party. Oh, and the re-released (strictly for GB) original Sonic the Hedgehog game. (The very end of the Labrynith Zone is HORRIBLE though; the rest of that level is ok, but I cannot follow Eggman up the wall, or whatever, without running out of air- as there is no air bubbles during that whole part- or dying from one of the traps. And since I try to hurry all the way up, so as not to lose air, it's hard not to get killed.)
Btw, the game-play for the classic Sonic game adapted for the GB Advance SP... is just HORRIBLE beyond words. The entire GAME feels like he's underwater, that's how bad it is. Worse sometimes, actually. Not smooth AT ALL.

Oh good lord, that Sonic the Hedgehog remake on GBA...that was such a dreadful buggy game. The European version of the original was bad enough because of the conversion from NTSC to PAL making everything slower, but damn, it couldn't get worse than the GBA one. It's games like this tha make you glad there's such thing as emulation.

I've also been keeping my eye open for the Astro Boy game, and Sonic Battle... I know those are two of many GBA games they've stopped selling, as they are a few years old by now (and the GBA itself is growing very obsolete), but there's a store in my city called EB Games, where they usually sell both new and used games (actually, I got my Sonic Advance 2 game used), but I've never spotted either of them. My heart will leap when I see a Sonic title in the case, but it always turns out to be one of the ones I have. Meh, I'll get them someday.

I had the very first Game boy! I used to play a lot with it, and my favourite game was the good old Tetris! Now, if I am really bored, I play with The Sims in my PC.

I'm a Pokemon freak, played all the games, had 151 on my old red cartridge til my sister saved over my game (i was not happy) and I cant wait til Diamond and Pearl come out. Other then that I love Zelda games, and the old D&D games for the PC. Oh and Fable, that game is soo deep, I love the fact you dont have to do quests if you dont want and you can just spend your time beating your wife about and getting drunk (of course i dont do this).
