PayPal has never messed me about! Money orders? I'll have to investigate that more fully, after the weekend when the post office opens again! Re. the last option: You mean when I said: 'I used to pay for a LOT of eBay auctiuons by taking pounds to the travel agents, getting it converted into dollars and posting it overseas. It always worked.' It's not that difficult. Simply take some money to a bank or travel agents' and ask to have it converted into the ammount you want in another counrty. e.g. Take some dollars to the travel agents' and say 'I need 1o pounds sterling please - how much is that in dollars?' - they'll take you dollars and give you the correct ammount. Some places charge a commission for doing this, but not always. Then one simply posts the money in a secure envelope, maybe a padded one to eliminate any crooked posties! I take commissions on anything provided I can draw it. if I'm not happy with it, I charge less, though sometimes people like it so much, they pay more. Go figure, as the Americans say If my work isn't on DA it's on Bebo amorrice80.bebo.com

Ok, I have decided I will simply hook myself up with a Paypal account. It seems to be the easiest way for everybody, so I'll give it a chance. After I get it set up, I'll PM you again about doing a commission on a scene from my V&H fic. Btw, emailing it to me is no problem; I can simply print it off. Oh, best of luck with your work. I really hope business picks up for you. ;D You know, that's another advantage to charging for one's work- it's a way of knowing whether or not you'd be wasting your time on that person; if they are truly interested in your work, there's a better chance they'll be willing to pay you.

I must've sold a few comics at least because the chipper (the best venue it seems!) gave me the takings yesterday.
